Receive e-mail notification of your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) after your claim has been processed. You will instantly know the status of your claim and the amount deposited to your bank account. And for plan members who coordinate benefits you will have all of the information you need to submit your claim to the coordinating plan. Remember, your EOB is always available online via the Plan Member Services website so you can access it at any time.
Simply sign in to Plan Member Services and provide
your e-mail address to start receiving your EOB electronically.
Scan your claim receipts and completed health claim form and e-mail them directly to our web-groupclaims@rwam.com claims submission mailbox. Scanned images submitted must be clear and legible. RWAM has the right to ask for original receipts at any time, so please retain
your receipts for 12 months.
