Three simple steps you can take to make your claims processing faster and easier…

STEP 1 – ENROL FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT

Have your claim payments deposited directly to your bank account. You get your money faster — as soon as your claim has been processed — without the hassle of waiting for cheques to arrive in the mail or time consuming trips to the bank.

STEP 2 – CHOOSE E-MAIL NOTIFICATION FOR YOUR EOB

Receive e-mail notification of your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) after your claim has been processed. You will instantly know the status of your claim and the amount deposited to your bank account. And for plan members who coordinate benefits you will have all of the information you need to submit your claim to the coordinating plan. Remember, your EOB is always available online via the Plan Member Services website so you can access it at any time.

STEP 3 – SUBMIT YOUR CLAIMS ELECTRONICALLY

Scanned images submitted must be clear and legible. RWAM has the right to ask for original receipts at any time, so please retain your receipts for 12 months.

ABOUT PLAN MEMBER SERVICES

Any insured employee can register for Plan Member Services provided by RWAM, giving you online access to your RWAM benefits. Access your processed claims and Explanation of Benefits, review your coverage details and Benefit Booklet, manage your direct deposit banking information, review your dependent details, and more.
